DEVELOPMENT
As Jesus brings peace, love, and hope into our lives, we seek to do the same for our neighbors both near and far. Below are some of the ways in which our community walks alongside other communities close to home and around the world.
HOUSING FORWARD
Housing Forward has been helping economically disadvantaged men, women, and families transition from homelessness to stable housing for over 20 years. As a church body we hold an annual House-to Home Drive in the Fall and collect items from the General Wish List to be distributed by Housing Forward to those entering into housing stability through their programs.
We also provide meals to guests of a Housing Forward overnight shelter. For our current meal schedule and to join in, please see our information center for details.
CLEAN DRINKING WATER
We continue to raise awareness and support for those in need of clean drinking water. Bring your change to church to make positive change. Drop support in a water bottle bank located around the church! Donations are sent to both World Hope Intl. Clean Water & Energy program.
CLOTHING CLOSET
Our church provides clothing to those in need. If you are in need and would like to look through our Closet, it is here and open for you. If you would like to volunteer to serve in this ministry, just let us know.
LOVE GROWS HERE GLEANING GARDEN
We installed our garden with the youth of our community during The Place Garden Club in 2019. This garden continues to develop and grow every season. Food grown in the garden is accessible to any who walk by, to harvest and glean from the fruits of this labor of love.
